central location with friendly staff
great location friendly face
the location was great, close to all attractions. most of the time, i was within a ten minute walk to everything. the staff was always wonderful and ensured i was met with a friendly face daily.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected. there was also a slight unpleasant smell on the terrace. these issues slightly detracted from my experience.

this is a beautiful little boutique hotel, with stylish, refurbished rooms. i enjoyed a quiet courtyard view from my room. happy hour is included from 6-8pm with drinks and snacks.

the staff were lovely and ready to assist with taxi arrangements. the complimentary aperitif hour each evening was such a treat. our room offered fine views and a terrace. we also liked the convenient phone available for guest use during our entire stay.
the room size was smaller than expected, it slightly affected our overall comfort.

I found the staff consistently helpful. they promptly addressed any inquiries i had and provided useful recommendations. the breakfast buffet had a wide array of options, catering to various dietary needs. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and the pastries.
the elevator was occasionally slow, leading to short waits, though this never significantly impacted my schedule.

Really good Stay, Prime Location
excellent restaurant modern room valet parking
The staff offered superb suggestions for local restaurants. The recommendations were invaluable. The room was modern, well decorated and impeccably clean. The location was unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of valet parking. It simplified my arrival and departure.
The elevator was a bit slow at times, it caused minor delays.

Charming Stay near the Duomo
excellent location decorated room modern bathroom spacious bathroom
The hotel's location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria (just four blocks!). I found the king room nicely decorated. The bathroom had a clean, modern design and it felt spacious.
I noticed a slight plumbing issue. There was an occasional gurgling sound from the shower drain after using the taps.

The breakfast was worthwhile. I especially enjoyed the variety of foods offered. The hotel provided a happy hour each day at 5 pm. Wine and snacks were served (a really nice touch!).
