the staff were lovely and ready to assist with taxi arrangements. the complimentary aperitif hour each evening was such a treat. our room offered fine views and a terrace. we also liked the convenient phone available for guest use during our entire stay.
the room size was smaller than expected, it slightly affected our overall comfort.

The hotel's location offered easy access to the duomo. It was a short, pleasant walk. the central location made exploring many attractions very convenient. its proximity was perfect for immersing ourselves in local culture.

The location was unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of valet parking. It simplified my arrival and departure.

Charming Stay near the Duomo

The hotel's location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria (just four blocks!). I found the king room nicely decorated. The bathroom had a clean, modern design and it felt spacious.
I noticed a slight plumbing issue. There was an occasional gurgling sound from the shower drain after using the taps.

The breakfast was worthwhile. I especially enjoyed the variety of foods offered. The hotel provided a happy hour each day at 5 pm. Wine and snacks were served (a really nice touch!).

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the area by foot. Key places to see were within walking distance. I appreciated the proximity to the train station (very convenient).

The room was smaller than I expected , a bit of a surprise. There was a bad smell on the terrace , which was unpleasant.
